Who Am I ?

I qualified in 2012 with Body Control Pilates . I discovered Pilates after realising that I needed some balance in my exercising which was mainly high impact cardio and aerobic . After suffering continuous back pain myself I was recommended to try Pilates by my physio and have never looked back . It always left me feeling strong and flexible which was the balance I needed and was looking for . I love how it returns people to health and brings people back from injury and keeps them on track . The movements are natural and functional , work the whole body and can be practised at any age .
I am fully qualified in pilates for bone health osteoporosis and osteopenia, pilates for pregnancy ante and post natal , pilates for golfers , pilates for hyper-mobility and pilates for foot and heel pain.
